Are you a smoker? Do you want to quit smoking but do not know how? Quite right, that was a typical problem for smoker who wants to quit. But don’t worry, there always a way to quit from trouble. If you have a goodwill to quit, then you can do it.
Basic Tips no.1: INTENTION We all know that everything begins with intention. To quit smoking we must first have an “intention to quit smoking”, that intention must the strong one so you have a strong motivation. Below is several efforts to quit smoking. a. Reduce the number of Cigarette Consumption. Start your stop smoking plan by reducing the number of cigarettes smoked gradually. I could spend 1pack cigars/day. For example the first day began to stop smoking is still sucking a pack of cigarettes, 10 bars on second day, 8 bars on 3rd day, 6 on 4th, and so on until finally in one day we did not smoke at all.
b. Read more about the Smoking hazards. With reading more, we will be more know if cigars is a horrible things. It contains more than 10.000 free radicals and not less than 4000 other hazardous chemicals. So read a book or article about smoking is also one attempt to quit smoking.
c.Tell peoples around you and ask their support. With tell your fiends, they will never ever again offer a cigar. Ask family support to encourage you.
